Youssef studied BSC, Industrial management at California Baptist University 1982 – 1987. He has a vast experience in planning, designing, construction and project management of both civil and real estate projects complemented with extensive leadership and management experience.

Youssef also specializes in contract development & administration in addition to planning, forecasting and budgeting.
