Saudi Technology & Social Entrepreneur. From 2001 till 2010, he ran his own IT company (Smartinfo) which focused on web solutions for the Saudi & Gulf market:

– Khalodoon (Arabic CMS used in a number of leading Saudi Newspapers and other major publishers)

– Ensiyab (Arabic Business Process Management Suite)

– Ethaq (a lightweight Arabic Document Management System)

– Ebyan (Arabic Forms Management System for small & medium business in Saudi)

In December 2010, Smartinfo and its solutions were acquired by Quality Horizons ( a Technology Corporate based in Riyadh owned by Taibah Holdings). He provided freelance consulting services for a number of Saudi businesses. In 2011-2012, he joined the newest Saudi Newspaper (Al-Sharq) to develop their long-term Internet strategy. During this year, he led the planning, developing, launching, and managing of Al-Sharq web presence.

In September 2013, deployed Rwaq رواق which is a Technology Startup focused on Arabic Education Solutions and initiatives. Their first initiative is: Rwaq.org which is an Arabic Massive Open Online Courses Platform. That offers Free High Quality Academic Courses for the Arab World. A fun, easy to use, and usable E-learning platform for the masses.

He obtained his M.S, in Comuter Science from Ball State University and his B.S in Marketing from Eastern Washington University.
